Though I"m gay & was the only white client I was ttreated awesomely by the staff & most of the other clients! They deal with trauma & i had more than anyone I've heard of. They helped me to face it & to begin the healing process. I'll never forget Michael, Sonya & all the staff there!!!!

This place is sacred to me. The people here are dedicated in supportive beyond their jobs. I am a alumni and going on 5 years clean and sober. There's very few days that I don't call there seeking advise. What started out as rehab, now is a life line of guidance into my new world of recovery. This is a place of blessings. My counselors are no longer strangers, they have become part of my family. Many thanks to the staff for putting up with my Millions of phone calls. THANKS for always answering the phone! You never let me down or leave me lost in this crazy world

A great guy in my life is in treatment, he wasn't even there for ten hours before he got to text me and told me he like it there, I was very pleased, before going to North West, he was placed in to two other places, and walked out. So I'm recommending north west is a place to go if your looking for good help, they work on you and your needs, and not just what's got to be done by the book, when you work on your self, you'll understand how the problem came to be, then you work on that.. I told my sweet heart if he needed to stay longer then do so, I miss him so much, but I know if he gets better, our family will be better too.. I also is in treatment and I'm looking better every day,, I know now taking care of me first will bring the glory to my family too...and our new life ...so if your reading this and you've been thinking on getting help or quiting, it's taking the five broken fingers or ten, please pick up the phone and make an appointment for you, and ask for north west treatment, it's a better non hurting life you can make for you..
