I am so very grateful for this place! They gave me a fair assessment at the cheapest price in town. Other places were wanting to charge me a lot more just for the assessment. I was able to get my assessment, VIP class, and alcohol class all done in the same month. My court case is now closed. I would recommend this place to anyone having to deal with the court regarding a drug or alcohol case.

Awesome place. Awesome staff. If you need an eval for family court. This is the ONLY place who will give you a fair evaluation. At almost all of the others, like NW Resources, you could be a Mormon who has never so much as drank a soda. Guess what they'll say? Of course, you need treatment. Now, is that because the individual actually needs treatment? Or, is it because they simply want to put you in their program, which just so happens to cost thousands of dollars over the long run? I'll let you decide. Don't be stupid, go here if you need an eval.

Family run business, where you are treated with respect and understanding. Cheapest place in town that works with your individual needs. They are also great people to be around and are masters of their craft. I have never felt out of place, or awkward there and I really appreciate that in my current state of mind. The service I required was a six month chemical dependency outpatient treatment program and I had a hard time finding a place in Olympia that took other agencies evaluations. They said they would work with the other agency and get what was required and I started services almost immediately, which was what I was looking for. I highly recommend First Things First for anybody requiring their services.

I was in there a few years ago for a professional license eval. In the past, places have always recommended treatment despite the fact I had been clean for many yrs. At the time of my assessment I had like 7 yrs clean. Based on the recommendations of the CDP I really felt I finally received a fair eval. I now refer friends and clients to this agency. Thank you for the honest eval!

These are really good people, they try hard to do the right things. I've been to another place in Lakewood and they acted like I was just a paycheck. I would recommend!

I went in for my alcohol assessment as well as my victim impact panel and adis class. The staff here was exceptionally professional yet friendly, welcoming, non-judgemental, smart, and exceeded my expectations. I was sure to feel embarrassed and annoyed but my experience was nothing of the sort. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing their services!! I can't imagine dealing with any staff as good as the team at First things First.
